3. confirm and prepare
Each coaching session will last 10-15 minutes, with the first one lasting about 30 minutes.
Day 1 starts on the day of your first session. We will connect at the same time every day for a check-in and a tune-up as we refine and polish your inner dialogue and your outer habits.
I’ll reach out to you first each day, and all you need to do is respond. There is no set agenda; each day will build on and flow with what is present and what we worked on the day before.
